Shipping + Returns

All dried flowers, home accessories, bath items, and select ceramics are available to be shipped across the USA and Canada.

Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be wrapped, packed, and sent on it's way! If items are being shipped for a wedding or holiday and are needed by a specific date, please specify that in the 'special instructions' field at checkout. We'll notify you immediately if additional rushed shipping charges apply.

Fresh flowers are not available to be shipped in the mail.

Flat rate USA shipping = $30USD ($40CAD)
Flat rate CANADA shipping = $25USD ($30CAD)

We accept returns for full-price items within 14 days of receipt for exchange or store credit. Please note, all flowers, bath and sale items are final sale. Exchanges can be made in-store or online - return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

If your purchase arrives damaged, all quality claims must be made within 24 hours of your pick up or delivery, and the original product must be presented in-person at the shop, or detailed photos must be emailed to hello@rookandrose.com

If you need to cancel an order before it has been shipped, it will be subject to an 8% admin fee.

Local pick ups are available at the 569 Johnson St. storefront, 7 days a week, during store hours.

All shop items, including fresh and dried florals, home accessories, ceramics, and bath products are available for free shop pick up.

Please allow a minimum of 1-2 hours from the time your order is placed and the time you need it - our designers will fulfill requests in the order they are received. Select your pick up date during checkout, and keep an eye on your inbox- you'll be notified when your order is boxed and ready.

Deliveries are available 7 days a week, during shop hours. For same-day, local Victoria delivery, please place your order before 1pm PST.

Before confirming your order, make sure you've entered the correct address and included any relevant delivery instructions.

Please note any delivery time preferences (Morning, Afternoon, Evening) in the 'Card Message / Special Instructions' at check-out and we will do our best to accommodate your request. This is especially important when sending flowers to an apartment building or workplace (we need to know when they'll be there).

If you require a strict one hour delivery window, a $20 Rush fee will be added on top of your delivery charge.

All shop items, including all dried and fresh florals, home accessories, vaseware, and bath qualify for local Victoria delivery to the following suburbs. Check for yours on the list to be sure we can reach you.
