Shipping + Returns

All gifts and objects are available to be shipped across the USA and Canada.

Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be wrapped, packed, and sent on it's way! If items are being shipped for a wedding or holiday and are needed by a specific date, please specify that in the 'special instructions' field at checkout. We'll notify you immediately if additional rushed shipping charges apply.

Fresh flowers are not available to be shipped in the mail.

Flat rate USA shipping = $30USD ($40CAD)
Flat rate CANADA shipping = $25USD ($30CAD)

We accept returns for full-price items within 14 days of receipt for exchange or store credit. Please note, all flowers, gifts, and objects are final sale. Exchanges can be made in-store or online - return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

If your purchase arrives damaged, all quality claims must be made within 24 hours and detailed photos must be emailed to hello@rookandrose.com

If you need to cancel an order before it has been shipped, it will be subject to an 8% admin fee.

Local pick up is available at our flower studio by appointment only. Select your pick up date during checkout, and keep an eye on your inbox- you'll be notified when your order is boxed and ready.

Deliveries are available Monday - Saturday. During checkout, please confirm you've entered the correct delivery address plus any specific delivery instructions.

All web shop items are available for local Victoria delivery to the following suburbs. Check for yours on the list to be sure we can reach you.
